I've stumbled across some 37" x 12.5 x 16.5 military hummer tires. Just wondering if I can buy a spacer(like I found on eBay) to run them on my F-350 or do I need to get into a expensive rim? I know others have done it just looking for help. I have a 05 with a 3" lift.

I wouldn't put spacers on a 1 ton. They make wheel adaptors but getting them on ebay would not be a good route. My dad looked into them trying to fit a set of 05 rims on his 02. You can buy a new set of wheels for the price of good adaptors. From what I've read the manufacturers don't warranty them for on road use. Seems like a red flag to me. 37s might be tight on a 3 in lift, I have a 3.5 in level on my 01 and my 35s come close to hitting the fender (mud flap side). Your 05 might be different though.
