Speed cost, brother. You wanna slam gears and burn rubber you gotta be ready to shell that bread out. :jester:

I use to pound the living hell out of my VW's back in the day. I've thrown rods out the crankcase, broke a expensive ass counter weighted stroker crank, blew heads off em, you name it. Eventually my young ass got tired of having to work on the damn things all the time and learned to take it easy a little more. Oh and back in the day, I'd give a 5.0 Mustang two car lengths and still drag it's ass down the road. Many a sore ass Mustang owner crawled home and had to debate whether or not they'd tell their other Stang buddies they got their ass wrecked by a lowly Volkswagen Beetle...ah the good ole days! :jester:

My point is, you'll get tired of wrenching on that b*tch one of these days. Age brings wisdom, along with laziness :jester:

Better the seal than a spun bearing.

Yeah yeah I know it cost to play.. but **** it was a brand new seal.. the seal is only $10 so it's not a huge deal but what sucks is I have to pull the exhaust, transmission, clutch and flywheel just to change that stupid $10 seal..

It's all good though regardless of if my car is the fastest or not.. when I see this

I'm happy because it's what I wanted and I built it.. Even though it's pissing me off right now I'll get it put back together..
