120 amps in Lighting on that front end counting factory lights on high. I was buying two 6 inch chrome housing spots yesterday and this guy behind me in the register line told me to put those back cause he had two Hellas he would give me in the bed of his S-10. He was scrapping and found them. They are the Made in Mexico Hellas but look very similar to the Made in Germany 500 Hellas on the front of my F250. The wiring was a bit questionable, it had wire loom covering on them but two blue wires were on one branch and two black wires on the other. I took it apart to investigate and found the blue wires are the ground to the lens housing. The Black wires are the hots that go to the H3 bulbs inside the housing. Anyone else notice this on Hellas? Blue is ground and blacks are hot. The reflectors and inside of the lens had some water staining, whitish colored limestone or calcification. I washed them out with 90% isopropyl alcohol and let them dry over night with the bulb housing facing upwards. I may have to cut small strips of microfiber cloth to wipe the reflector surface and inside lense surface with a bent plastic stick or bent wooden stick to wipe around inside thru the bulb housing.
