    This is a popular question. Easy answer is 10-20mpg. You don't have a truck for good mileage, you want good mileage? Buy a Focus.
    That being said, to get the best mpg out of your truck drive like an old man and keep it under 70 and keep your tires inflated. The only mod that will help is a tuner, and that might add 2mpg. Intakes and exhaust vary too much and any increase in mpg won't be enough to say for the mod.
    Any helpful advice is welcome.

    I get 11 city and 16hwy, average 15 in mixed driving

    i get around 10 mpg...i have a 302 and a 4spd bulldog tranny...loads of power and torque...milage..not so much..but i would rather have the power when i need it!

    Nice poll....I'm in the 13-15 range most of the time....but have seen 17mpg.

    Oh I just seen this was for 04-08...I guess I'll leave now to :(

    35's, 6" of lift, 2wd, 4.30's...

    Avg 13 in the city, 16+ hwy (15 if there is a head wind)

    not bad for all my accessories

    That's pretty good for having 35s. What are your rpms at 60?

    @ 60mph, 1800rpm... she's barely purrin. But I actually get my best mileage goin 65 believe it or not. Think its from the regearing. 40 is the best... 1100rpms, 17.3mpg
