This is a popular question. Easy answer is 10-20mpg. You don't have a truck for good mileage, you want good mileage? Buy a Focus. That being said, to get the best mpg out of your truck drive like an old man and keep it under 70 and keep your tires inflated. The only mod that will help is a tuner, and that might add 2mpg. Intakes and exhaust vary too much and any increase in mpg won't be enough to say for the mod. Any helpful advice is welcome.
i get around 10 mpg...i have a 302 and a 4spd bulldog tranny...loads of power and torque...milage..not so much..but i would rather have the power when i need it!
