Ya I used the same paint as the truck and it took me 2 cans. I know when TLS did his though it took 3, so IDK if the dark red takes more paint to match it up

I did for the first two coats. But when I got the second bottle, i just masked everything off and sprayed. If your valance comes off easy, i'd take it off, but if its a B!tch like mine, I leave it on. I wish I would of.

Hows the steering stabilizer workin for ya? I'm thinking i need one. After i did my ballkoints and stuff when i hit bumps, the wheel goes crazy haha. And after the 35's go on, im sure it'll be worse.

Found this @ The Mustang Source.com:

From page 63 of the owners manual:

      Deactivating/activating the autolock feature

Before following the procedure, make sure that the ignition is in the 1
(OFF/LOCK) position and all vehicle doors are closed.
You must complete Steps 1-7 within 30 seconds or the procedure will
have to be repeated. If the procedure needs to be repeated, you must
      wait 30 seconds.

      1. Turn the ignition to the 3 (ON) position.
      2. Press the control three times.
      3. Turn the ignition from the 3 (ON) to the 1 (OFF/LOCK) position.
      4. Press the control three times.
      5. Turn the ignition back to the 3 (ON) position. The horn will chirp.
      6. Press the control, then press the control. The horn will
chirp once if autolock was deactivated or twice (one short and one long
      chirp) if autolock was activated.
      7. Turn the ignition to the 1 (OFF/LOCK) position. The horn will chirp
once to confirm the procedure is complete.

That depends on the maker and model of the vehicle. Most of the thousands of alarms we put on we made the option of ignition controlled lock/unlock. Only a few customers complained about it and wanted them to not have that function.

Has the fuse replacement and rewiring the black/violet solved the battery drain issue?

I usually get these, unless some come in the install kit. They are rated a 3 amp which should cover most uses.

You can also try using some epoxy to get it to stick to the area you need it to (mainly the bed). i'm not worried about running screws through my inner fender, but i totally am w/ you about screws sticking out into my bed area. i'm gonna do this mod in a few weeks when it warms up.
