New guy to this forum with 2000 f150

    Put together a rough list for an NA build here. It's missing some head stuff but I'll let the head guy figure out what parts to get for that. I know there is cheaper places to get parts and better parts but this was just convent. So other than gaskets, fuel delivery, valves, guides, and springs what am I missing? [​IMG][​IMG]

    Looks like a solid list to me. Are you doing any overboreing or stroking the crank at all?

    I don't think you can stroke out the 5.4 anymore and the most it can be over bored is 0.030". Really not enough to increase displacement or power, just enough to get the imperfections out of the cylinder

    Big big things are happening this summer I'm about to buy a long block and built 4r70. The long block comes with the lightning swap too

    Oh yeah it's gonna be stout. Manley rods and pistons, ARP hardware, trick flow heads, ported blower and mid plate, 10 row cooler
