I have a 1995 F-250 and was wondering about gas milage. It has the 5.8L and I know it won't be great but I just returned from a camping trip with my family and I only managed to get around 8 mpg. I was traveling mostly on I-77 in Ohio which is very hilly but that just seems like it cut my mileage in half. My camper is only 25' and weighs around 3300 lbs. I was thinking about trying a power control module but would like to get some feed back first. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I looked into a power control module thru Jegs and it said it could add 30 horsepower and increase milage but didn't say how much it increased gas milage

I have 88 w 460, we getting about 8mpg untill I added headers, cold air, throttle body spacer, jet chip, and Malory ignition module. And dual exhaust 2.5" crossover high flow cat, and flowmaster muffler, now it's 11mpg, loaded unloaded doesn't seem to change any
