hey everyone, hoping someone has come across a similar issue as this.

2011 3.5, EVAP codes, P144c and P0443 have come up. Diagnosed it as a bad evap purge canister on top of engine, canister had constant vacuum with electrical connector unplugged. replaced canister, codes came back. thinking the issue is with more than 1 part. this new canister is operating properly.

That 443 code pertains to both the purge solenoid and vent valve. I'm thinking there's an issue with the vent valve. The purge valve was stuck open, it's working properly now that it was replaced.

I see two hoses come off the Canister Purge Valve.
Two Hoses on the Vapor Canister.

I know the rubber is only 6 years old but
could there be a vacuum leak in one of the hoses ?

That would be my next thing, test hoses for vacuum leaks.
You have a hand operated vacuum pump with gauge ?
Visual inspection for cracked rubber ?
