New to me truck when bought it both power window slow operating. Bought new window motor assemblies
and installed. Windows still operating same with new motors. Everything inside door looks good tracks and hardware. Removed weather stripping around windows around outside of doors and windows worked fine. Is it possible over time they have shrunk are binding on glass? Former owner had said he would spray with silicone to help them move easier.

Sounds like the weather stripping are binding on the glass.

Mine act that way until the alternator runs the battery
for a few minutes then they go up and down normally.

Yes I really think the weather stripping is the problem but wanted some input from you guys before I ordered it. I may look for a truck in junk yard and try just to see. Thanks
