    so i moved on to the drivers side. It was the side that was totally screwed and instead of replacing the whole side panel(Major PITA) i made a patch for it. Below are pics of how i did it and its not done as i still need to finish shaping it and blending as well as make a patch for the bottom but here are pics of how i did it, basically i used self tapping screws to hold a sheet behind the rusted out part, the made my measurements of where it should be, then i cut through both pieces with a cutoff wheel and the undid the screws, realigned and welded it together. Oh and all measurements were based off of the passenger side...

    Welded in inner rocker patch then welded in firewall to flirt passenger side.
