Anyone do the puddle lights?

    Was thinking about nodding the puddle lights on my 10 platinum. I was thinking brightest less and trying to get 4x4 cast in there. Like how the Mustangs have the ponies. Anyone know anything about getting this or just a good led to replace it with? Thabks

    There is a company that makes the leds, they have ford symbols and all sorts of stuff. Can't remember their name, someone else might know

    idk about the emblem projectors, but I swapped my bulbs out for LEDS for like, $10, and they work great

    Can't remember the number, it might be in my build thread. I took the halogens out and looked up the LED replacement number on superbright leds . com

    I don't know what yours were like, but on the 09+ it's not as simple as a bulb swap. The puddle light is a sealed unit with a non replaceable bulb. An LED can be retrofitted into it, but from what I've seen it takes a little work.

    haha, way to bring it back.

    The 04-08s are sealed also. You gotta get a razor blade and open them up to replace the bulb. Ford designed it to replace the whole thing, not jsut the bulb
