I can kinda grasp the concept of back spacing and offset, but just to be sure I don't buy something then I am not happy with it can any of y'all post pics if you have aftermarket wheel that are 9 inches wide, and let me know what your bs/offset is? thanks!!
Offset - is the distance from the center line of the rim to the hub mounting surface. Backspacing - is the distance from the back edge of the rim to the hub mounting surface. examples: a rim width of 9" that as 0mm of Offset has backspacing of 4.5" the same rim that has -25.4mm of Offset has backspacing of 3.5" the same rim with +25.4mm of Offset has backspacing of 5.5"
They are very similar measurements, but not the same... The wheels that I looked at today had 4.56" of back spacing, and a -12mm offset. Since I am not home, and able to measure myself I would like to see what people's set ups look like.
Do you remember what the backspacing was? And thanks for the picture, that's the kind of responses I am looking for.
