I feel your pain. The p.o. ditched it and my front pass side suspension is from an expy, bumper is a little push in on the pass side. Fender has a little damage. Sucks but isnt bad enough to want it fixed.
Finally did some painting I've been really wanting to do on the truck. I know that I could have pulled off some of that bed trim, but the tape is still perfect on it. I also trimmed the tape and such after the pictures. Everything came out perfect with no over spray problems. Before: Some Random During: After: I also painted the tow hooks and valance, but didn't take any pictures. They came out great as well. I'm very glad I took the time to do this and would recommend it to any body. I'd mask off and cover up the whole truck when doing the back window trim. Especially if you're doing it outside. I covered up the whole truck to be on the safe side and I'm very glad I did. 95% of that plastic had over spray on it when I took it off. That's on a perfectly calm day too.
I also got this for my birthday a few weeks ago... So far I'm loving it. There was a huge increase in throttle response. I know some people say they don't do anything, but I can definitely feel the difference.
So I removed the side molding and am very happy with how it came out! I got a blessing in disguise when I removed the passenger side molding, it popped the dent right out. It's hardly noticeable at all anymore. Next step is a nice and wash and detail for the truck. Its pretty nasty right now being covered in a mix of pollen, Georgia clay, and dust. For the threads sake, the wheels are 17x9 eagle alloy 079 with 285 70r17 Eldorado MTZ and torsion bars cranked up.
