Forgive me if there is already a thread but the search on mobile didn't bring anything up. On a 2000 Expedition is the blend door actuator under the plenum above the trans tunnel like it is on the f150s? If so is there any way of getting to it without removing the center console?

should be behind the dash. you can probably look under the passenger side and see the big black box containing the heater core and blend door.

    fun uninstall/install!

I'll probably end up cutting the plenum and going that way

Took a peak today and someone already changed the blend door. Hoping it isn't the heater core being plugged
