I have an 88 F350 with a 7.3 non turbo with 450km or around 275,000mi. It still runs and pulls hard. I have a chance to get a 7.3 Power Stroke from a 96 F350. It is a good strong motor with low miles and well maintained. My question is how hard is it to do a transplant to this motor when my old one gives out?

If you can get the entire truck it should be easy. The computer stuff will be what kills you if you're just getting the motor alone.
