Ill leak my newest idea: instead of doing halos, put LEDs in the housing to light it up but not really have much forward light, the projector lense would be the farthest forward part so that would be black since the light wouldnt cover it. If I paint the cut-off shield white it would glow white without putting out any light. People would think my lights look cool but arnt bright...then I turn on my HIDs and blind them hahahahahahahaha!!!!

TRS has the led rings, but they're pretty expensive. I thought about painting the shield, but decided against it. Only color I would do is black.
I should start this weekend if those strips make it by Friday. Otherwise It's next week.
Been reading a lot on hid planet, not going to get that into projectors lol. Need to save money for sparkplugs next

I agree brother, I don't like the look of too much going on. I actually "demodified" my truck by removing all the excess running lights that the previous owner installed. No more LED lights on my running boards and the clearance lights on the roof are disabled. Just a nice, clean look. Unfortunately my aftermarket headlights are a bit "ricey" though.

Yeah, a bit of LED or Halo effect is look but too much and it'll look like a Toyota Tundra. I actually disabled the LEDs on my aftermarket headlights.

My brother! That is some seriously cruel s**t to say. Damn, that's like calling a brother a f*ggot!
