Originally my truck would pick up in speed then lose power, pick back up and lose power again, struggling to make it above 35 mph. On top of this, my battery gauge is off along with my e-brake lights and check engine light. The mechanics told me it's a bad pcm so I put a brand new one in. Still, same issue. Any ideas?

What year - engine are you having problems with?

Have you checked the voltage while the engine is idling, is it steady or
    does it fluctuate?

It's a 1992 351W. I have not checked the voltage yet. I just got a brand new battery though. Checked the alternator and the alternator is fine

    Im guessing you've already
tried fuel filter/pump pressure issues and or transmission issues.

Maybe someone else can add their 2 cents to this thread.
