Got rear-ended tonight... Was going down the hwy when the truck 5 cars up decided he needed to make a quick left turn. Everyone got on their brakes and stopped, except the girl behind me. Cops showed up and took statements, but its pretty cut and dry. I was basically stopped and she was doing about 30 (down from 55) Pics!
I think my tire went up and over her hood... My rear shock mount on the passenger side is bent now. Driver side Pass Side

Glad you're okay, but I'm not gonna lie. I'd snapped some pics of those dark ass brake lights you have and get me a slick, slimy lawyer and it up with you paying me. I was behind a car the other day that had his tails so dark you could hardly see them when he hit his brakes. I kept thinking how in the hell has his ass not been pulled over, yet my wife got pulled over for a tinted tag cover... And don't say it can't happen, I know a guy that it happened to. The lady that hit him grabbed up pieces of his brake lights and documented his tinted tails and he ended up getting charged and was at fault.
