From what I remember from my 03 150, yes, the honeycomb part comes out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
No, it doesn't matter. It's easiest to take the entire grille surround out to remove or replace the grille itself. I can't remember how many bolts it is, but if you remove the turn signals and maybe the headlights too (it's been so long I can't remember) the screws are all easy to get to and the surround comes right off. The two screws in the blinkers, 4 on top (if I remember correct) and clips on the underside. No need to remove the headlights. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
