So the low speed fan is always on and the high speed fan kicks on at a certain temp?

hahaha did the temp controller not have enough wire?

no the low speed comes on at a set temp and the high speed fan is wired to a switch at the moment. im not sure if im going to keep it like this or if i am going to buy another fan controller and set it to turn the highspeed on at a higher temp and also hook the AC overide on so it comes on when i turn the AC on.

I didn't have enough wire for the ground on the fans. I'll have to post some pics of mine tommorrow when I get time. I grounded my fans on the drivers side radiator bolt and the controller on the passenger side bolt.

What temp do you have your low fan come on? I have mine at 196 right now for the low speed and my high speed is set at 205, but I can't change that tho.

My voltage only drops about half a volt at startup, then it stays about a .25 less then when the fan wasn't running.

Up until this past may I thought you poked that probe IN the radiator...Then I spoke to a Troyer Perf guy who had the electric fans and the probe goes between the fins. like..DUH!
