How To: Change your Tensioner Pulley

    Take off the fan shroud. (8mm) Probably have to remove the passenger side radiator tube to get it out.

    Use a 1/2" breaker bar on the old tensioner to loosen up the belt.

    Take off the three (3) 10mm bolts holding the tensioner on.

    Bolt on the new one.

    Install the belt and fan shroud.

    Enjoy the quiet.
