Holy shat, I didn't even see this post :jester:

I tried working on her today, but I think the motor is froze up  I need to take the starter back off and the plugs out and see if I can turn her over...

Did the "tow the truck and pop the clutch" down the road and only ended up skidding the tires...motor didn't budge.

Got a 15/16 deep socket on the flywheel and she still turns over. Took the starter off and *voila* chunks fell out... put the other starter on and she turns over again! but the battery is dead...round 2 tomorrow (I hope)

She runs! Poured a little gas down the carb and started her right up. A little smokey, but nothing terrible.

But Now I have a couple other problems....
#1: The key won't shut the engine off. I had to flip the choke closed and stall it out.
#2: The clutch pedal is on the floor. I already adjusted the linkage as far as I could and still couldn't get it to disengage enough to shift gears. Any tips on bleeding the system?

Could either be ignition switch or starter solenoid. Depending on how the Truck is wired causing it to not turn off by key. No real tips on bleeding it besides just take your time and look for the reason it lost pedal pressure. Possible leak or cracked resevoir

Ok, I get into the steering column next.

Do you know where the bleed valve for the clutch would be? My chilton manual kinda sucks for this stuff

uuummm that truck might have a munual clutch look on the left side of the trans where the clutch fork is if it has a small hydo cylinder there then the bleeder valve will be on the cylinder if it dosent then you might need to replace the pressure plate
