My 1996 F150 fixer-upper!

    Endoscope for smart phone are less than $20

    Bet ya oil is filling up inside valve cover to level of valve stem seals then leaking as this is the amount of time it takes truck to warm up.

    Check oil level before starting then when she starts smoking shut off and check level, see if it's quart, quart 1/2 low.
    The missing oil b is in the valve covers.

    No it's done that ever since I got it. Since there was so much wrong with the truck, I just started doing normal maintenance. Once I got into checking the things that the PO said was new or fixed and found that those things weren't fixed, I went through everything that he said he had done.

    I thought it was from a combination of all the #uckery.

    If this is the problem, I wonder if it could be the reason the O2 sensors got messed up and ultimately fried the PCM.
