My 5.4 Build

I've got the same thing (but with cats) and would throw the code when I selected the "JLT Intake" option on the SCT. Went back to "Stock Intake" and the code went away

 

I dont have an intake option on my SCT. Its only 04 and newer that has that option.

 

I did the sparkplug non-fouler trick on my exhaust and its been a couple years with no issues.

running OBX SS long tubes, resonators, electric cutouts, x-pipe, borla XR1 mufflers

 

Have you checked your maf? Is it dirty? How about your pcv elbow? cracked? Or your iac is it dirty?

 

Only thing i havent checked is the iac. I sprayed the fugg out of the maf with maf cleaner. Pcv hose is complete and brand new last year from ford. Iac might dirty but hell its too cold for me to fix it now haha

 

Iac takes literally 30 seconds to pull off and bring inside to clean

 

30 seconds i could be on reddit in my warm house.
