Isn't that 2.0 in the Fusion the same pathetic little 4 banger they're sticking in the EB Mustang? Great for a sedan, gay in a "muscle" car. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk
Nah, the Mustang has a 2.3 EcoBoost making like 300+ HP. Not all that pathetic in my opinion, but if I were in the market for a Mustang I'd most definitely buy the GT. Although, the SVO Mustangs had a turbo 2.3 in em back in the day and they were cool as hell. Hey, it just dawned on me. That pathetic 2.0 makes more power than the 2.0 in your GTI. 240hp vs 210 is a big difference. All I'm saying is they're making good power for the size. But we can agree, a 4 banger Stang with artificial engine noises being pumped in to the speakers is on the ghey side Sent from my iPhone 6 using Tapatalk
Never said it didn't make any power, just that a 4 banger in a Mustang is stupid. I haven't actually looked into the motor options for either car, just knew they both had a 4 cylinder option. I actually assumed the EB fusion was making even more HP than 240. Oh and according to the Internet the '10 GTI still has a better 0-60 than the '13 Fusion EB (didn't see any info for the '16s yet) Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk
Disclaimer, just in case I've been misunderstood: Don't take this like I'm ragging on your new car. I love Fusions, I wouldn't mind owning one. I'm ragging on the new Mustang. And only the small motor'd ones at that. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk
No, I didn't take it as that. I agree, the only Mustang I'd have is one with a V8. I wouldn't even settle for the V6 in a Stang. I never doubted the GTI being a quicker faster car, there's probably like 500lbs or more difference in weight. Those GTI's are pocket rockets, they're made to go quick. Oh that reminds me, I saw a Golf R scooting down the interstate yesterday. It sound great at highway speeds. Love me some Golfs and Rabbits. Sent from my iPhone 6 using Tapatalk
