Yessir! Was happy I found it though, described my exact issues. Swapped it out today, we will wait and see what happens. The valve wasn't stuck open, no suction with engine running but it could be stuck closed or an intermittent issue. The valve did tick like an MF'er which was part of the TSB and other complaints I read.
Hope this fixes it and your evap canister isn't full of over flow. Ford engineers weren't selling any of the '08 ones so they re-engineered the '09 up to fail and sell parts? To bad you can't put the non-failing '08 part on your truck. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk

After a week of driving and a fuel up today, no stalling! I'm thinking that part, when it goes bad, causes other performance issues. Truck feels great, no problems! Next on the list is a lockout kit from livernois.
