The reason I'm getting new wheels and tires is because one of my rear tires is almost to the belt which is extremely premature since I've only had em on for about 25k and I rotate them pretty often (~3-5k). I had a warranty at discount so I had my dad bring my truck in. Turns out 315/75/16 isnt common stock and my truck would be there for 4-5 days before the tires were in. They have 315/70/17 in stock in the BFG ATs so they said I could get new wheels and tires for $100 out of pocket. They didn't have my rims in 17" and I wasn't really feeling the artillerys so I got XD spy's instead. Black and chrome. If I don't like em I'll try to sell them and buy different ones but I think I am going to like them so we will see.
Ive noticed a lot of tire companies are bumping the lowest tire to 17s. I think interco is one of the few left to make tires in 15 and 17s for bigger sizes 33+. my buddy with a jeep TJ has 15s and 16in Rubi wheels...he may have to sell both and get JK 17in Rubi wheels to keep running 37in BFG/GY M/Ts.
