has anyone ever done research on how much it costs to prerunner the front suspension of our trucks and what it takes to get a decent setup?

i was just thinking of changing the lower A arms to the mid travel type

    would that work?

or even if they make mid travel.....i think thats what its called

    or maybe just long travel?

    idk

ive seen a mid travel i think from camburg that looked good but those type of suspensions are very costly

Expensive either way. I'd email Camburg and see what they say. How much suspension is mid-travel, 6" ?

Midtravel is around 12" of travel, long travel is up to 18" for Camburg's kits. It is a lot more costly to do LT. Probably looking at $7k before install for LT vs $3500 for MT

You talking about a 2 or 4wd? I was looking into this recently. There's lots of kits for 2wd, but keeping 4wd makes it a lot more costly.

Check out Unity's truck on F150online to see an friggin beautiful full conversion.

Oh nice, that cuts down on costs but still, the full LT with coilovers, bypasses and bumpstops with the bed cage and all that other stuff will add up

oh ya considering if i do end up doing long travel i will end up getting rid of my lift, doing a whole new suspension with new differential and new air lockers, new fiberglass body, roll cage, a million lights haha
