This Ranger truck has sit for a year and it started up with the key when it was parked. We charged the battery overnight and I mashed in the clutch and tried to start it but nothing happened. I went to the starter relay and jumped it with a quarter and it fired right up. This clutch switch has 4 wires going to it. Anybody got any input on this?

Any way to spray CRC electrical contact cleaner into the switch ?
    Sold at Walmart.

All else fails would be replace
Or dreaded bypass if part not repairable or replaceable.

Found no start-clutch safety switch problem. Rat had cut small wire from starter solenoid to clutch safety switch about 4 inches from starter solenoid switch. Darn rats!!!!
