I've wanted a roof rack for a while now, I only have a 5.5' bed so I'm constantly carrying stuff up against my roof an I'm sick of laying padding down, so I'm building a rack/basket/ light rack on top. Just gonna post progress here, ill be mounting 4 lights up top when I'm done. Before someone suggests it, no i dont want a light bar up there haha. I think the round lights look better on this body style. Using 3/4" steel tube. Also lights will be mounted off the top tube, Anyways here is pics

What kind of lights are you going with? I'm impressed with my 4 hella 500s on the front I can't imagine how bright they would be up top. My buddy just got some HID off road lights and put those behind his grill, not sure if you're trying to match your hids or use halogens.

Could also do a HID swap in hella 500s...

Well here are a couple more pics, really went faster than I thought it would, only took a couple hours to weld and make. Also for the lights ill be using some cheapo 100w 7" lights but will be converting to h3 hid later on. If i have time tomorow ill get her painted, might raptor line it. Anyways pics.
