just put my fullsize 35 under my bed. i didnt think it would fit. it sits on the frame a little bit but its down there.
Not to make fun of anyone. Unless you have onboard air, isn't it a little worthless to deflate a spare? I'm just sayin'
well they make 12V air compressors that you can throw in your toolbox....but then again you shouldnt really be NEEDING your spare all the time...ive never had to use mine.
I hear ya on compressor. But not every one has the funding for one. That is just one more step that I would have to take, when i'm already pissed that I have a flat. On-Board High Performance 12 Volt Twin Air Compressor (CKMTA12) is what i'm putting in mine, hooked up to front and rear bumpers. Custom tubed sealed that I can use as a extra tank. But if i my girl took my truck and got a flat, I would never hear the end of it if the spare was flat too!
Just mounted my spare in the stock location. Man... that is a very tight fit. Just barely fit in there! Had to adjust my exhaust pipe a bit so it wouldn't be rubbing on the tire.
I have a 12 yr old spare under mine. still works, used it 2 years ago lol when i get new wheels ill buy 5 so i can have one as a fullsize spare that matches the rest and if i can run 35s ill buy 5.
