if that truck model is anything like my 06 fiddy, then all you need to do is run the HOT w/ an in-line fuse, and tap it right into the back of your fuse box that is for the fog relay (you'll have to determine which that is). Then, all you need to do is swap out the regular headlamp knob for one that has the fog light in it, and it should work just like factory. again, atleast this is what happened in my 06 fiddy.
Hell it's down both sides. I would like it better if it wasn't there. But it was cheap so I will suffer through it. And if it said RBP down the side of it price jumps little over $100 what I paid for this one.
