I am wanting new tires on my 06 ford f150 4x4 ext cab, but have no clue what to get and what size. I am wanting bigger and more off road tire but don't know how big. I am wandering if 295/70r18 or 295/65r18 will fit on my stock rims.I am going to level as well. Answers and picks would be greatly apprictiated! Thanks guys!

They'll fit fine. I ran 295-70-17 on my narrow 7.5" rims with no issues

Any rubbing? And what's your preferred tire choice?

they'll fit for sure, and you can even fit a 35" if you wanted to. Terra grapplers are a good rugged tire for an A/T. Trail grapplers, KM2's, toyo open country for M/T's, of course it's all personal preference

might have to trim a little on the front valence and possibly the back of the fender. I had 35's on 17x8(.5 wider than stock) and rubbed my front valence

You need a 2" level kit up front also to fit 35s. Don't go too aggressive, cuz the larger lugs on mud tires can rub against the UCA. I like Hankook and Toyo tires in an A/T if you DD. If you get muddy a lot then find some M/Ts

Im currently running a 35x 12.5 on a 7.5" wheel. I know a couple jeep guys who run 37x 12.5 or 13.5 on 7in wide wheels without issues.
