I was having problems with one of the control boxes for my Triton Switchbacks. I emailed them last night just asking what parts they would like shipped to them for warranty, and today they have already shipped out a new control box free of charge with instructions on how to return the faulty one. I have several products from them and this is the only one to give me any issues and i am amazed at how quickly they are taking care of it. I will definitely keep going to them for my LEDs.
got my switchbacks from V-LEDs, haven't had a problem with them the year and a half I've had them. Good to know their CS is great! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Ive had my switchbacks for quite a while now, one of them doesnt shine full bright white...need to contact them about this.
Forgot to update this. They had my new control box at my house in a matter of a couple days. 30 seconds to swap them out and everything was perfect again.
