    I ordered my 20's about 7 weeks ago via wheelsnext.com. After being dicked around the past 2 weeks, i decided to google reviews about them (wish i had done before i bought), Worst place ever to order from. Horrible customer service, and loads of bs. Now i get to call tomorrow, and try to get my money refunded. I see this becoming a huge amount of bs now.


    Not here crying about my mistakes to not research more (like i normally do), just here to let my forum (family) know.

    did you pay with a credit card? get them to stop payment or refund it. CC companies are pretty good at protecting their customers.

    Yea, payment was taken out already. After i call them, im filing the complaint via the BBB. SHould be able to be taken care of that way im hoping.

    Damn dude, I hate to hear that. Hopefully they'll refund your money with minimal BS. Thanks for the heads up, I've actually looked at their site before.

    CC company will take care of you man. just let them know whats going on and they will get your money back.
