Are the custom orthotics with velcro straps? I fancy you in a nice soft tan color. Maybe black.. Sent from my iThingy using Tapatalk
I've had every kind they make. They are all good if you keep them rotated But im currently running 35" Firece Attitude's and they seem to be good to
Falken ZIEX S/TZ 04's 205/45/20's Street tires beeches Only had em for like 1800 miles, but so far so good. They handled going around Atlanta Motor Speedway at 85-90 MPH nicely. Discount selling for a nice price too. I rolled out at 630.00 with a lifetime road hazard warranty and lifetime rotation and balance.
Goodyear Fortera 265/70/17 They seem to be wearing well. They were on the truck when I bought it in Nov. and I've put 10k miles on them since then and they look the same as when I got the truck. Honestly i wish they would hurry up and wear faster so ive got a better excuse for new tires
Bfg mt 285 70 17. They are a bit loud but dig like a mother. I bought my used from a guy for cheap I put 8k on them so far with little wear
285/60/18 Mastercraft Courser HTRs $300 for a set of take offs.. My back tires seem to be wearing faster than my front..
x2^ had aloot of tires in my years and like abe said, you keep em rotated and put the right amount of air in them they'll last. I never run the recommended air in the back with oversize tires b/c there isnt enough weight to make the tire wear evenly. I just put enough in to get the whole tread width touchin. You can tell after you drive it enough to see if you need to add or take some out to get the wear just right. Had a jeep that i would only run 18-20 psi in the rears to keep from wearin the center tread out. on the flip side im sure lower air hurts the mpg. and if you haul heavy loads you may not want to run low air. Just stay away from the Maypops, had a few of them too
Procomp Xtreme Terrain A/T 35/12.5/18 got 4 used for 300 at 40% each. they suck. only reason im running them is cuz theyre a 35 and that fits my lift nicely. dont do well in sand (got stuck), mud (almost got stuck but i was barely off the pavement), rain (i slip and slide everywhere, ABS has a hard time stopping them), dry....they spin too easily but i think thats from the locker hookin up. my old set I had: Michelin LTX A/T2 265/75/17 great tire. does well in everything, only got stuck cuz i had an open diff, if i had my locker i wouldnt have gotten stuck (damn one wheel peel in mud). snow was fun pulled a lot of people out, everything else i didnt get stuck if aired down. rides smooth and quiet. I would buy them again if i didnt want M/Ts first couple sets of tires before the michelins: bfg rugged trail or terrain or something like that. i think they considered it a A/T but it was really a H/T. i got stuck in grass..... and that should explain it all.
