I ran 35's and 315s on stock wheels for over 3 years You'll see better tread wear/life with a wider wheel
I did not. it was after work, I went to a lil mexican tire shop, they wanted 100 bucks to mount em...no thanks, went to Discount tire, they wouldnt even touch em being a 7in rim, and its got wheel spacers. I called NTB, they told me it wasnt recomended but if its what I wanted I could, he gave me a quote on some cheap v-tech wheels...I dont want ricer wheels. so I donated plasma (1hr of donation, $20) did some research and found my wheels are actually 7.5" wide, .5" cant be that bad and my buddy with the red TJ on 37s...it runnin on a 7" wheel and has been for a while now. so I did it. cost me $80 for 5 tires mounted (I put the best of the 4 that came off on my spare, the spare was almost 13 years old), plus I got to watch em work, it was only one tire tech guy, the cashier and me in the shop, chillin to country workin on tires. Since yall like it so much, next week I plan to paint my wheels black. and tonight Ill try to get better peectures of it out in the sun.
