Installed my HBS in one evening with all hand tools by myself. First time tearing into the front suspension and never having done a level kit before. Took roughly 4hrs. Here's the install sheet from HBS. It has all the socket and wrench sizes needed. http://www.hellbentsteel.com/Instructions/220-000-1001_Ford_F150_R02.pdf
Pics! This king nut on the upper ball joint has a cotter pin which needs removed. I just cut it and put a new one in. You'll have to really pound on the pitman arm to get them to seperate. I think it's a tapered bolt that helps holds things tight
Use a bungee cord or something to hold the front wheel assembly up. Otherwise you can break the brake lines. Shock and strut out
Spacer onto of the strut. Everything installed and nuts loctite'd. Everything goes back the same way it came off. Make sure all nuts and bolts are tightened to spec. I used loctite on everything because I'm a little paranoid...

Nice job. Real good pics and write up. Can I ask though why you removed the tie rod and sway bar for installation? I have never done that and I have had spacers, rancho quicklifts, and now factory 4wd shocks (same height as the QL's). just curious
