      <content:encoded><![CDATA[I have &#039;98 F-250 with factory rear air springs. When I noticed that the driver side was sagging I replaced both bags with aftermarket bags from TRQ. The driver side has gone back to sagging and, as of yesterday, the compressor doesn&#039;t come on anymore. Anyone have any experience with these and have any insights?       <content:encoded><![CDATA[Brand new to the forum, but not to mechanic-ing. (Last summer I replaced the #5 piston in the farm truck after it burned through due to pinging.)<br />

I noticed today that when loaded (not sure of the exact poundage but 6 3/4&quot; thick horse stall mats is enough) the truck will thud and crab right side first if I hit the brakes moderately hard. As I accelerate from stopped after this happens, I feel a thud in the rear end. What the hell is happening?<br />

Guys, working on my uncles 08 SD. Just did a complete brake job on it, he spent $600 on a power-stop front and rear brake kit.<br />
<br />
There is play in the outer tie rod on the passenger side. Now, this truck has 2 outers on this side, at least that&#039;s what I&#039;m calling them. The knuckle has a tie rod mounted on top AND on bottom. The bottom tie rod uses the upper tie rods stud.<br />

The question is, is the lower rod supposed to have up and down play, I&#039;m saying no its not...<br />

As far as I know everything is stock so it should sit close to level right? I mean I know the front is supposed to be a little lower but 4.5in? It has a leaf spring front suspension that basically looks reversed. It literally looks like someone took them and flipped them. So my question is how to fix it? Can you actually flip leaf springs? I&#039;m at 136k and I haven&#039;t put done ball joints but I&#039;ve only had the truck since 98k so who knows but that was my first assumption so I had it jacked up, no up and down wheel play, nothing side to side. I put a digging bar on the knuckle and pry&#039;d with my body weight and still nothing. Checked the u joints on the axles, spin freely with no slop. So I let the...<br />
