I still think the previous owner did something to it to lower the supsension when he did all of the other custom stuff to it. My 1997 model sat higher stock than yours does with the t-bars cranked and block added.

I can't tell, everything looks pretty stock. The T-bars are not fully cranked but close to be and when I bought it there were no blocks in the rear so these 2" ones just put it back to stock

 

I still think he put lowering keys in it.

 

he might have, I'm not sure

 

I'd replace the keys with lift keys and see what happens

 

thats what I'm probably going to do very soon

 

i agree with greg, obviously there are lowering keys in your truck otherwise you would have no rub at all
