I would start with cleaning the throttle body. it will need to be takin off and the butterfly cleaned good also. Also run some Sea Foam threw the vaccum line on your brake booster and put the rest in the gas. It does wonders. It will smoke a little when your running it threw the vac line but will go away after a couple minutes.
pull the codes, The first time mine did that it was the egr, the second time one of the wires on my o2 sensor riped out, to be that new and have somewhat low miles there is somethin not just right, should be an easy fix once you find it, and for tires, m/t for sure and 35 woud be sick but 33 would still look good
I agree with west. If it still does it pull the codes if you can, autozone or advanced auto should be able to do that. If its not that maybe its a vacuum leak somewhere. Does it do it all the time or just when the engine is warm?
could be a small leak in a rubber hose, when it heats up it expands. Something my Dad told me is when it does get it home and let it idle, take spray bottle with water and mist it around the hoses you should see the leak in the mist. I haven't done this yet myself though
