I suppose so, I actually think the newest F150's look pretty good. You're keeping one of the worst parts in this build, the tailgate. It to me is the worst part of the current F150's. It wouldn't stop me from buying one if I were in the market for a new truck.
thats an easy fix if that is all. i personally would like a new bed, or take an SD 6.75' bed w/ tailgate step, chop it down to 5.5', and mount it on my truck. i just want that damn step somehow... pain in the ass at times jumpin up 4' to get to the tailgate.
buy a brush guard and forget about it. But you can also just trade for a newer 08 and be done. Or do like bigun said and De-gay the one your pushing now
There's a 2010 FX4 that someone totalled the front end on already, and he had a brush guard... I don't think going from an 07 to an 08 is that much difference, and the only way I'd trade this one is if it was a 100% loss (fire, cliff, etc) How exactly would I "de-gay" it? The only things you guys hate are the 8ft bed and my kick-ass mud flaps.
I'm not feeling the wheel and tire setup. I'm not feeling the zero lift. I'm not feeling the dented (or warped) front bumper with the license plate just slapped up there. I'm not feeling the two tone color either. I dont like the mud flaps and hate the 8ft bed. But that's about it
