So I was wondering because I will be running nothing but 35's for as long as I have this truck, would it be smart to get some different gears?

You prolly have 3:55's correct? It will improve your pulling power and mpg's if you so change to a 4:56. If you was to have 3:73's that's a little better and you could get by with those.

I had 3:55's on my 05 F150 Super crew and it did just fine. But it's up to you and your needs for towing etc.

I don't tow all the time but I do tow...and it would be nice to have a little bit better gas mileage. I am not sure, I want to say I have the 3.55s...I am a late '04 model....but what would happen if smaller tires did get put on it?

Nothing. It would just be a little lower geared but it would just have even more punch out of the hole.

big waste of money unless you are gonna run bigger tires or tow a lot. seriously plant your money on something else
