Well now that i'm at a point with this truck where i can sit back and relax for a minute, i figured i'd go ahead and do a up to today build thread and keep it updated as it needs. O, and we named the truck "Lumberjack" after a running joke from back with a now ex. To make a long story short, the nickname came from her talking about me "Layin' the wood" haha. Which i now have that phrase painted on my driveshaft also actually. Need to get a pic. ANYWAY, back to the thread....
I got my 2003 F-150 Longbed back 2005 when i was 15. It was bone stock other than my Kobalt toolbox. Once i turned 16 i started on a few mods, Pioneer stereo, Cherry bomb extreme muffler out to 4" tips. Put in a Cobra cb and 2 4' Firestik Antennas for it. Also got some camo trim accessories from Stampede Products.

Then after a while i got ready for some more mods and stepped up to 5" tips, bought a big 110" CB whip i'd put on sometimes instead of the fiberglass antennas, and got a camo seat cover.

Next up i ordered a 1.5" Daystar leveling kit for the front. Actually put the truck perfectly level.

So then I got some Hella 500FF's, painted the ugly plastic grille black, and blacked out my heads

And then finally the day came i wanted something more...something big. It just so happened Jarrett was steppin up to his new lift and was taking off his old one so i swooped in and bought his set up. 3.5" Fabtech spindles, 2" Rough country lift coils, ordered a 4" block set off 4wheelparts.com, got Jarretts Fabtech rear shocks and newer OEM 4X4 ford shocks for the front. Mixed in with all that i put in a 12" Memphis sub, also went and had true dual straights ran from my cats back. Gave it a mean roar lol

So thats got it up to date. I've had this truck for 6 years, and through 47,000 miles. The future plans are ofcourse new tires, coming very soon. Still dunno what yet though. I want some 16" Dick Cepek rims, cut the back 2 cats off. Do something with all the camo now that its starting to fade, and lastly, some kinda bull bar or light bar.

    Wow, lotta camo hatin' haha

See, it sounds easy to "take it off" but yall dunno how hard that 3m tape its been attached with since 2006 is by now. Its like bonded to the truck, so i may just have to re-paint them. I figured do the visors black, the mirror caps PTM, and the taillights either PTM or black

Shoot thats barely a block. Atleast I guess...i really have never learned how big a block is, but i can see the roof of the bank from my house. Or...that may be the funeral home next to it...whichever
