The whole topless truck deal went out like 20 years ago. I can't imagine what this dude was thinking.
Looks like the rear one is, but that's from the fact he probably never drives it. It's in the same shape it was several months ago. It appears he's stopped his "project". Yes, there's different choices though, but a basic membership is free.
