id say soak a corner of the decal in some distilled alcohol and then go from there...

mine just came off with warm weather. start at an edge and keep on peeling it back. quickly moving a hair dryer will work also

Yeah, they come off without a problem. Get some googone or bug&tar to get the adhesive gone.
