    Few things
    1. Whats the reason you want the bass knob? I don't know if it is necessary if you have a HU that can control the sub.
    2. Make sure to order the extended depth on the box because the subwoofer is over 5" deep
    3. Amp is a little outdated but alright at that price. You can wire down to 1ohm with 2 4ohm DVC subs so you could look at trying to make an offer on the Massive amps on SonicElectronix.com and see if you can get a N2 or D-1200 for around the same price. Smaller footprint, class D monoblocks and higher regarded than Kenwood amps.
    4. Are you seats going to be down a lot or do you want the grilss for peace of mind?

I want the bass knob so i can tune it on the fly. i dont want to be driving down the road-change songs and need to go thru all the menus to change it...id rather use a simple knob so i dont have to touch my HU since its tuned now perfectly. it sucks cuz theres no bass what so ever, thats what the sub is for.

yes my seats will be down all of the time (so i can carry more stuff, the only time they will be up is when im carrying people.) thats why im doing this and sold my other one.

and 1ohm amps? lost me there. I dont need anything too expensive, just one that will work flawlessly

bass knobs kick ass. especially handy when certain songs have bass that doesn't hit so clean on the punch

i use mine all the time because i have 15s. i leave my hu set at like 0 or +1 bass so my other speakers don't get distorted and just control the subs with the amp gain and bass knob :peace:

Haha i blew my 10 so now I'm going to 2 8"s ported but I have my bros old box on my back seat right now. 2 12s ported right behind your head is almost painful haha but I love it. Can't wait to build my box
