if you cant get this thought out of your head i recommend you cutting your wrist.this is not a cheap nor easy process. looking for more power? have you geared yet? take every avenue before you start a project like this. unless money is no object then just do it and have fun forking thousands out every other week.
He knows what he's talking about. Programmer, Intake, Exhaust Gears, E-Fans, Longtube Headers ...Cams? idk if they're worth it... lol Then boost
Ricky, thats exactly why im not rushing anything. I have just about everything but cams, plugs and a fuel pump...but dont plan to install it till next year.
Turbo charger. as stated its power. period. and don't go w/ an sts kit. i've been prepping a turbo build on my truck for 2+ yrs now. I have a spreadsheet that will give me the exact turbo you need so that you can function as a daily driver (you will lose mpg but not much) and still have that tire boiling power! all you need is: turbo, piping, lubrication for turbo, wastegate, bov, programmer to let your truck understand psi and what to do w/ it, 44lb injectors. i think thats all the major components. Turbo all the way. if you go that route, let me know and I can size a TurbobyGarrett for you.
jarret has the supercharger stuff for his truck, the OP (buckshot) was askin about s/c'ing or t/c'ing
