I think I may have found on HELL of a deal on a cobra 32V 4.6 for my truck... If the guy still has it, I am going to try and get it this weekend... He is asking 700 for the WHOLE car! He has NO idea what he has! To give you an idea.... My stock 5.4 had at BEST 130hp at the rear wheels before charged. After charged I put down 450HP at the rear wheels with a hot tune on 12psi. The stock 4.6 cobra put out 330HP at the rear wheels. So if I throw MY Stage 4 P&P charger, 80# injectors and my HOT ASS tune and lay down about 10-12psi.......... THAT IS ALL! DAMN I have to call this guy tomorrow morning! Hell I could buy the whole car, pull the motor, call pick and pull and have them come get the rest of it and I may only be out a few hundred bucks! How cool would that be to have a supercharged COBRA DOHC in a Pickup!!!
That would be killer dude. Check for Lincoln Mark VIII motors from 94-99 too. They used the same 4.6 4v as the Cobra, just with a different manifold.
^ F*CK YEAH! We had a 98 Mark VIII for about a year, my brother totalled it That thing was killer, full leather interior and would hang with 'stangs off the lights. Also got 28mpg hwy.
Now imagine that with 3 times the injectors, and a Stage 4 Ported and Polished Blower on top pushing 12 psi! LOL And a fully custom tune!
